Fall Schedule

SDYS Fall Ball is an instructional/developmental league providing a competitive but educational and fun environment for those girls looking to stay active in organized softball during the fall season. Traditionally, teams have been comprised of players whose skill levels vary all the way from newcomer to all-star.

Divisions are open to girls in: 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U age groups. The season will run from September 9th to November 11th. Games will be played on Sundays. The 8U's will play one game while the other age groups will play doubleheaders. There will be a season ending tournament as well.

There will be no buyout option for snack bar shifts. SDYS parents will have a mandatory shift. The cost for SDYS players will be $100 per player. Scholarships are available and must be pre-approved by the player agent.

There is a $100 fee per team to SDYS Fall Ball for entry into the league in order to cover the cost of field prep, game balls, and post-season awards. SDYS asks that, if able, teams provide field time at their home fields in order for the league to accommodate more teams and players. Teams will be responsible for one game ball and umpire fees for one game each Sunday of play. Umpire fees are typically $50 per game.
