Date: Friday, September 6th

Time: 3:00-5:00 pm (Final Picture Day schedule will be shared by Monday, Sept 2)

Location: Cardiff Sports Park - Field 4, in the outfield area

Arrive Early: Meet your coach and team 10 minutes before your scheduled time to keep things running smoothly.

Uniform: Jerseys and navy socks will be handed out next week, but remember to bring your own navy blue softball pants. Full uniform is required for pictures. Bring a bat for your individual photo.

Check-In: Coaches will check their teams in at the photographer's tent. No paperwork is needed, just scan the QR code provided at check-in to double-check player info.

No Makeup Day: If you miss your team's scheduled time, come anytime between 3:00-5:00 for an individual photo.

Picture Package: Each player will receive a picture package compliments of SDYS. This includes 4 wallets, Memory mate (team photo), and button. This package will be hand delivered to team moms to distribute to players. Proofs will be sent to the email addresses we have on file (the one where you're seeing this email!).
