To celebrate the start of the 2025 Spring Season and strengthen our community spirit, the SDYS Board of Directors warmly invites you to our inaugural Pickleball Tournament Fundraiser!

Our Mission

We aim to provide an affordable, developmental environment for our players, and we need your support. Many parents have requested additional pitching, hitting, and fielding clinics to help their daughters grow and develop their softball skills. We’re thrilled to see such enthusiasm for learning and improving in the game of softball! Proceeds from the event will go towards providing Spring Clinics at no cost to SDYS families. 

Event Details

This is the first of many community events designed to foster community spirit, offer fundraising opportunities, and have some fun! The tournament will feature both Competitive and Recreational divisions, with trophies and prizes for the winners. Recreational players can also compete for the “Best Dressed” award.

Teams of 2 will compete in a round robin format, with 3 games guaranteed and playoffs for the top teams. Spectators are also welcome to join in and support the cause.

Who: All SDYS Parents and Friends, ages 21 and up. First 44 doubles teams to register!

Registration

Please register your team of 2 (doubles only, no singles) for example you may play with a friend, spouse, or partner. Note that participants must be 21 years or older, as adult beverages will be available. Each person registered will enjoy unlimited food and two adult beverages per person. Waters will also be available for all to keep us hydrated.
